  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a GUIDE ONLY. We will provide the tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched.
  • The Random Club does not offer design services. For custom tattoo uploads, please read the TRC Customizer Guide before placing an order.
  • The Random Club takes no responsibility for any delays/failure of the courier to deliver products within the expected delivery time (eg. courier’s system errors, weather disturbances, and other things out of our control.).
  • The Random Club is not liable for delays in delivery due to incorrect products, incomplete addresses, or other wrong details provided during checkout.
  • The Random Club’s shipping terms are only valid for addresses within the Philippines. For international inquiries, please contact us first.
  • The Random Club will allow the buyer 5 working days upon receipt of product/s to double check their order for any errors (e.g. wrong item, defects, etc.). Requests after the 5 day period will be marked as invalid. If defects are found, the buyer may return their order within 14 days for replacement/refund.
  • For user-uploaded designs, make sure that you have the rights and permission to use the designs you upload.
  • To reduce our plastic usage, we will combine all tattoo orders into one sheet and packaging. If you have multiple orders and you want the sheets individually packed, please add a note on the cart page indicating so.
  • Our prices are VAT-exclusive. We can only issue a scanned copy of our OR. If you need us to issue an OR, we will need to add +12% VAT to the total order amount (excluding shipping).
  • The Random Club’s terms, products, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

[BUG] I can't seem to add anything to my cart 🙁

For users who are having problems adding items to cart- We noticed that this usually happens to users who aren't logged into site. We're currently trying to look into this bug. If you're experiencing this problem, please login/register using the My Account page before adding items to the cart.

Another fix that also works is adding a non-custom item (pins/sticker packs/etc) into the cart first before making a custom product. Just remove the non-custom item before checkout.

I placed an order. Now what?

A link to our payment details will be sent via email and you will need to submit proof of payment via our Payment Form. STRICTLY NO PAYMENT = NO PROCESSING OF ORDERS.

Once proof of payment has been verified, we will start processing your order and it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Please take note of holidays and announcements regarding our shop schedule! Announcements can be found on our Blog Page and social media channels.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us asap. If an order remains unpaid after 2 working days, it will automatically be cancelled.

Do you have same-day shipping?

We normally have orders dispatched the next working day upon payment of order. But on very busy days, it might take 2-3 working days in productions before being dispatched.

If you're within Metro Manila and you really really need your tattoos, send us a message so we can see what we can do.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via the following channels:

How much is shipping?

  • Within Metro Manila - P95
  • Within the Philippines (Outside Metro Manila) - P145
  • Grab/Lalamove/Angkas/Etc (Within Metro Manila Only) - To be paid and booked by buyer

When will my order arrive?

  • If you chose regular shipping - ETA of orders is 2-7 working days upon dispatch depending on your location. All products will be shipped from Metro Manila.
  • If you chose to book your own rider - We will text you once your order is ready for pickup.

I'm not receiving any order updates in my email?

If you can't find our email updates in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Make sure to whitelist our email, therandomclubph@gmail.com, to make sure that further updates from us will be received in your inbox.

Do you have Shopee?

Yes we do! Just keep in mind that we only sell a limited number of items there. The TRC Customizer is also not available if you decide to order custom products on our Shopee. Click here to go to our Shopee Page.

How do I apply your tattoos?

How long do your tattoos last?

Our tattoos are waterproof and will usually last 2-5 days depending on your placement, daily activity, and skin type. Tattoos won't last long on oily and sweaty skin. (On some people, the tattoos won't last throughout the day. But on others, our tattoos can even last up to a week+!)

Tattoos must be used up in a year from date of purchase. Tattoos that are stored for a long time will become unpeelable.

What are your tattoos made of?

We use imported temporary tattoo papers and inks that are proven to be safe for the skin. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend that you do a patch test first. Our temporary tattoos are waterproof and can last up to 5 days (or even more if your skin isn't exposed to too much friction!).

Do you accept custom orders?

Do you accept bulk orders for events or reselling?

Yes! Prices will depend on the size and quantity of your order. Fill up our Contact Form and we'll get back to you with our discounted rates!
